What is it all about, once you join the team:

It’s about process execution: running M&anp;A processes, depending on the mandate either on the buy or sell side. Together with one of our partners, but with a high level of self responsibly and direct client contact. Well, if you are experienced, you will know what it is all about…

Mid term development prospects:

Either origination, which means sourcing your own mandates in a certain sub segment for which you will have sole responsibility. This is linked to relationship management and means that you really need to love to „sell“. If that’s your vision, we will give you all the room you need to turn it into reality. And we will share our experience to help you to achieve it.

Or leadership, which means taking care about those who become “Sazuniani”. Coordinate the team, educate and pass on knowledge, create guidelines for evaluation and process management. This is linked to strong analytical skills; getting excited to explore the world on a very granular level. If that’s your vision, we will give you all the room you need to turn it into reality. And we will share our experience to help you to achieve it.

Once you’re fully on board, we’re of course prepared to invest in your future. We have a clear educational concept, which combines both in house and external learning to further develop your M&A, communication and negotiation skills. A tailor made development plan will be worked out by our management; especially for you!

And guess what – yes, you have to be curious, talented, IT-minded, at least bilingual (German native, English excellent), highly educated (master degree), analytical, experienced (in M&A, which is your passion anyway)…and with a sense of humour, which is always very helpful!

And what about the money?

Approx. EUR 40.000 all in, gross annual, plus a bonus which will allow you to earn on the projects you are staffed to – transparent and performance based. The final salary will depend on your experience, qualification and our expectations in you.
