THE PARTNERS
ISS Austria (AT), a subsidiary of the world-leading facility management company ISS A/S, split off a non-core division, focusing on flexible, route-based facility services for SMEs. The division was bought out by its experienced management team, led by Mr. Siegfried Kohlhauser, and will now operate as the stand-alone legal entity CC Compact Cleaning GmbH. In this context, SAZUN m&a PLUS provided 360° advice on an optimised financial structure and a balanced funding mix, while leading negotiations with the financing partners. As a result, the newly-formed company is able to meet its working capital requirements comfortably while experiencing cost-efficient acquisition financing.

The strong partnership with ISS AT, Austria’s market leader in the sector, will grant continuity and rapid further growth in the short to medium term.
