Following a structured sales process, Perstorp emerged as the partner to further develop OQ Chemicals Nederland B.V., ensuring stability for all employees and maintaining operational excellence as a key priority throughout the transaction.
Perstorp’s extensive experience in specialty chemicals, coupled with its commitment to sustainability and innovation, provides a strong platform for growth. The acquisition secures a seamless continuation of the existing operations, retains the 26 highly skilled employees led by an experienced Site Director, and incorporates the facility into Perstorp's high-performing portfolio.
